Service Description
Warriors don't quit on their goals because their schedules are crazy, the kids are home, and the sun is heating up. You are warrior- let's train like one! Follow the progressive overload training program and daily tasks and challenges to prepare for our battle class. Six weeks of strength training from home from July 29-September 9th with the option to do body weight or elevate classes. If you are in town and can join for our special schedule classes Monday and Wednesday nights starting July 24th you'll receive a $50 off code to join in making your all access pass only $75 for the rest of summer. What's included? - two full body workout plans that can be done from anywhere with body weight option or elevated with weights and bands to build your fundamental skills that will help you during the battle games. - black wabi sabi warrior shirt - $50 off your all access class pass - Battle Class event September 9th from 8-10 am - daily habits for movement, hydration, unplugging, nutrition, etc. - commit to cardio twice a week for endurance training - additional weekly exercise - accountability group This training plan is perfect for busy women and travel plans. It's a great addition to your current workout routine and will help you push yourself to the limit with assessments to build your strength. The Battle Class will include activities like a plank/ push up competition, races, tug o war, and more. * if you are unable to make the battle class you can still join in on the training and accountability group.
