Your Wabi Sabi Fitness Coach and Trainer

Welcome to the Wabi Sabi Movement!

My name is Jamie Saverin and I am a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and a Behavior Change Specialist. I am a Mom to four little ones and used to run a fitness business solely focused on the stages of motherhood. I created the Wabi Sabi Wellness Program in 2020 to connect likeminded individuals across the world who are looking to improve their health and wellness by creating long lasting healthy habits through exercise classes, challenges, and community.  I now lead my neighborhood in the challenge with in person classes and working one on one or in small groups for personal training services in Lakeway, Texas. 

Wabi Sabi Fitness is all about embracing your imperfections and creating simple habits that help you find beauty and positivity throughout the flow of your every day life.

 
Like all of you, I have always strived for a life full of health and happiness and I’m always looking for ways to improve my mental and physical health so that I can be the best version of myself and in return, be the best mom, wife, friend, and mentor, and coach.
 
My experiences as a teacher, camp director, fitness instructor, business owner, and mom have taught me the importance of living a healthful life. My ultimate goal in life was always to become a mom that plays with her kids and teaches the importance of self care, self love, and positivity to my children so that they can become kind humans and live a happy life full of adventures.

When I became a mom in 2016 I was living far away from any family and friends and had absolutely no help. My husband was working full time and took on a 3 year MBA program so I spent a lot of time alone. Not only was I alone, but I was a full time mom and business owner and I craved community more than ever. Leading a community of other moms and preaching the importance of self care through fitness quickly became my passion. 

 

When my husband completed his MBA, we decided to move across the country again for a new adventure in Austin, Texas. This time, I was in my third trimester of my third pregnancy and tried to settle into a new community in the middle of a world-wide pandemic. Instead of leaning into yet another stressful situation, I kept myself centered, followed my goals, and created this program for you!

In order to be the best version of myself, no matter what the circumstances are, I know that I need to move my body, take time to myself, and connect with a community (yes, even virtually!) I had been dreaming up my ideal fitness and wellness program and decided to dive right into my dreams and help other people create healthy and happy habits that last a lifetime.
 
I want to lead busy women from all over the world through fitness classes and self care activities to show them that they are not alone and that you have a whole team of people cheering you on and hoping you feel amazing from the inside out. 
 
Whether you’re actively working towards your goals or need a total refresh, I am here to coach you and lift you up because you deserve to love the body and mind that you live in. Join my custom fitness and wellness program with a group virtually or in my neighborhood, set up one on one personal training sessions that are completely unique and catered to you, or start a small group training course near you! I am happy to work with friends from all over the world virtually or drive to you in the Austin area for an amazing workout that will lead to your ideal lifestyle. You are the master of your fate.
