Are you ready to follow a plan that fits perfectly with your goals? This package is perfect for any busy woman if you want to make realistic changes to your routine, habits, and exercises. You can start with your initial session whenever you are ready and choose a custom 4,6, or 8 week plan to follow from home. What's included ? -You'll receive a google form to fill out with health, lifestyle and fitness questions - We will schedule a 30 minute in person or virtual goal setting session to establish what your plan will be based on goals, time, & equipment. We will go over baseline data and how to track your progress throughout your training plan - I will create a custom training plan for you to follow from home - Weekly check ins to stay on track of habits and movement - 30 minute in person or virtual session at the end of your training block to reflect, track progress, and create another goal to keep you going!
