First Class Free

Service Description

Choose a date that works best for your schedule to drop in for a free class! The Fall 8 Week Fitness and Wellness Challenge is closed 5 and 10 class passes are available for purchase and can be used as drop ins for workout classes. Once you add the First Class Free pass to your account, you can join us for any class. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and water bottle! Monday nights from 8-9 pm - HIIT Workout @ Highlands BLVD Splash Pad Wednesday nights from 8-9 pm - TONING Workout @ Rough Hollow Marina Pavilion Friday mornings 6-7 am - FIT & FLOW Workout @ Rough Hollow Marina Pavilion
