Join the Wabi Sabi Movement

The Wabi Sabi Challenge is an eight week program that meets you where you are and will help guide you to where you want to be. Connect with Coach Jamie and a community to get the support you deserve!

 

We'll focus on creating healthy habits through exercises and self care activities. This challenge will help you work towards your specific goals so that you can become the best version of yourself and find a flow that makes you happy and works for your lifestyle.
