The full 8 week Wabi Sabi Challenge is back from September 10- November 5th with an emphasis on daily healthy habits that will make long lasting changes to support our goals. This 8 week session will start with a free kick off event Wednesday, September 6th from 8-9 pm at the Marina Pavilion and virtual goal setting session to set you up for success this season. You are encouraged to come to as many of the 24 fitness classes as you can and make up a workout at home if you have to miss using the online videos or speciality classes of your choice. Mondays from 8-9 pm is HIIT class @ The Splash Pad Wednesdays from 8-9 pm is TONING class @ The Marina Pavilion Fridays from 6-7 am is FIT&FLOW @ The Marina Pavilion This challenge includes - FREE kick off class - Virtual goal setting session - 24 fitness classes - 50+ online classes - Accountability group - Habit Tracker - Wabi Sabi Journal with meal planning and reflections - Weekly challenges ** New members will receive bands, pilates ball, water bottle, journal, & a t shirt. ** Returning members can use a special discount code & will get another journal for the season Our free co-ed run club meet up starts Thursday, August 17th from 6-7 am at the Bee Creek Sports complex and is optional to join at any point.
